However, iMedDx or Tru- Solutions or copyright holders and contributors, and all their affiliated organizations shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use of iMedDx web portal by any party for any purpose. By using this service you agree to bear any risks that may arise due to human error. You also agree to use the service fairly and maintain confidentiality. iMedDx or Tru- Solutions’ team reserves the right to cancel or block the usage of the web portal of any centre or any person any time.
Intellectual Property: This web portal has been built using several software and web technology tools. The software programs built on top or back for the purposes of creating or operationalizing this web portal are owned by the iMedDx and Tru-Solutions.
Content Ownership and Privacy: The Diagnostic Test or Investigation reports or Summary or Business Reports or Management Information System (MIS) Reports uploaded are only visible to the diagnostic centers, healthcare centers, hospitals, doctors, technicians, administrators and to the patients to whom these centers intend and who have agreed for the upload of their test results for their own ease of download. And in no form iMedDx or Tru-Solutions is legally or otherwise liable for the acts of errors and omissions, and it is the sole responsibility of these health centers or doctors who have the license and authority of using the elab software and the iMedDx Portal.
Further for the benefit of the community and humanity as a whole, studies or clinical analytics (after anonymizing patient information) that are developed by iMedDx will be provided or used by the Portal or Associate or Partner institutions of iMedDx that will be beneficial or that may be utilized towards health data analytics or policy decisions or research purposes.
iMedDx or Tru-Solutions does not intend to retain the Test reports or results on the Portal beyond a 8 Weeks or billing period or a time period as agreed between the Clients of Tru- Solutions & iMedDx and Tru-Solutions & iMedDx. If the reports uploaded exceed the disk quota provided to the Clients on Portal servers, It is up to the diagnostic centers or hospitals or health centers to keep a backup of the reports. if necessary, beyond this period.
The responsibility of the correctness and appropriateness of the all the Medical, Management reports, the fitness, suitability or aptness of the procedure of carrying out the medical tests is the sole responsibility of the diagnostic centers, hospitals, healthcare centers, sub centers or doctors or the representatives of these healthcare centers and iMedDx and Tru-Solutions are not, in any form responsible legally or otherwise for any of the errors.
